Health and Safety Training

Ideal for managers and supervisors looking to gain the knowledge and tools necessary to identify, evaluate and control workplace risks. Delegates will complete an end of course test and practical assessment before receiving their IOSH Managing Safely certificate. The course covers seven modules:

• Module 1: Introducing managing safely

• Module 2: Assessing risks

• Module 3: Controlling risks

• Module 4: Understanding responsibilities

• Module 6: Investigating incidents

3 Day Course

Perfect for employees at all levels and will enable them to understand their responsibilities and gain a basic awareness of health and safety. Delegates will need to complete and pass an end of course test before receiving their IOSH Working Safely certificate. The course covers four modules:

• Module 1: Introducing working safely

• Module 2: Defining hazard and risk

• Module 3: Identifying common hazards

• Module 4: Improving safety performance

1 Day Course

Provides business leaders with a greater understanding of their role in creating a proactive approach to managing health and safety.

The workshop has been designed specifically to give senior leaders time and space to critically think about their current safety arrangements and includes:

• Legal, moral, and financial responsibilities and accountabilities.

• Effective health and safety planning.

• Communicating and engaging the workforce.

• Risk profiling and implementing arrangements for managing safety.

• Learning and continual improvement.

• The positive (and negative) impact leadership can have on health and safety.

This is perfect for safety reps, supervisors or managers. We typically deliver it to clients when they’re about to embark on a risk assessment project and want to involve the workforce. We keep the risk assessment process really simple and can include your own templates in the practical session.

½ Day Workshop

This is our take on accident investigations but also includes the benefits of learning from everyday work. The workshop will provide delegates with an introduction to methods that will help organisations learn both proactively and reactively. During the day delegates will discuss:
